Breast Reduction
When breasts are excessively large and sagging, it not only causes physical discomfort but also affects mental health, leading to chronic fatigue, shoulder and neck pain, and even disc problems. Additionally, excessively large breasts can create an image of looking frumpy, causing individuals to hunch over, lose confidence, and become more passive in character. For the restoration of health and confidence, surgical intervention is often necessary to address this condition known as macromastia.

2. Suitable for unmarried women.
3. Minimal bleeding.
4. Low risk of nipple sensation loss.
5. Shorter surgery duration compared to other methods.
Vertical Incision Method
1. Periareolar incision and 'H' Incision complement each other's weaknesses.
2. Scarring is less prominent compared to the 'H' Incision Method.
3. There is minimal loss of nipple sensation.
4. It can be applied even for relatively large breast reductions.
5. The surgical approach varies depending on the type of flap that includes the nipple.
6. It is currently the most commonly performed surgical method.
‘H’ Incision Method
1. It is convenient even for the surgery of severely hypertrophic breasts.
2. Predicting surgical outcomes is easier.
3. It is convenient for significant reduction of severely drooping hypertrophic breasts.
4. Blood supply to the nipple-areola complex is rich.
