Anesthesia
Tumescent local anesthesia and intercostal nerve anesthesia are performed under sleeping anesthesia.
As it is not general anesthesia, recovery after surgery is quick, and patients can return home after 1-2 hours of rest and stability.
Possible incision sites
Incision sites are determined based on the type of implant, degree of breast enlargement, anatomical structure, and preferences of the patient and surgeon.
Implant placement site
After incision, breast implants can be inserted either above or below the pectoral muscle. The placement is determined by the type of implant, desired size of the augmentation, condition of the patient's chest, and recommendations from the surgeon.
Closure of the incision site
There is no need to separately remove the skin side sutures after surgery.
Post-operative recovery management
Three days and two weeks after surgery, we conduct an ultrasound to check the position
and condition of the implants. This allows for an initial assessment of the breast shape and overall outcome of the surgery.
Depending on your choice after the initial evaluation, you will receive free post-surgical management including ultrasound for 6 months to 1 year.
In case of any side effects that occur during the one-year post-surgery management period, re-surgery will be performed free of charge if necessary. (Excluding replacement of prosthesis size and type)
Surgical methods
